Our Team

Todd Corbo, President

Todd brings a wealth of leadership knowledge with more than 25 years of experience in tax compliance and planning and has worked for well-respected firms including PricewaterhouseCoopers, 3M, Grant Thornton, Mosiac, and Lurie LLP.


He specializes in solving many complex tax and business issues, including both fixed asset optimization, cost segregation studies, property and sales and use tax minimization, accounting method issues, research and development credits, and Federal, State, and local controversy management and strategy.


Todd retired as a Lt. Colonel after serving 29 years in the US Army Reserves. He has his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and is a licensed attorney in Minnesota. He also has an MBA from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management, and his Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin.


Todd has served on multiple boards, including Vice Chair for Sharepoint, a local Credit Union, and as a Sub-Chair for the Tax Executive Institute (TEI).

Markus Benson

Markus Benson has honed his skills in the intricate world of data-driven innovation, establishing a track record of reliability and expertise in an ever-evolving corporate landscape.


With significant tenures at industry stalwarts like Amazon, IHS Markit (now S&P), and C.H. Robinson, Markus has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of how technology can seamlessly integrate with fiscal objectives, always delivering results with pinpoint accuracy.


As he steps into the realm of aiding corporate tax experts, Markus's vast experience becomes directly applicable. His unwavering dedication to precision, paired with a storied career marked by client-centric results, ensures that the complex world of Meals and Entertainment tax deductions is approached with the meticulousness it truly deserves.


Adam Hendel

Adam Hendel has over a decade of experience in machine learning and software engineering having worked across healthcare, defense, logistics, and SaaS industries. This breadth of experience has given Adam a profound understanding of data-driven solutions. This expertise was instrumental in developing Antium's cutting-edge AI engine that meticulously classifies transactions.


Beyond his prowess in data science, Adam's skills as a product and platform engineer have been crucial in ensuring Antium's platform is robust, efficient, and user-centric. His dual capabilities, both as a data scientist and engineer, stand testament to Antium's commitment to technical excellence.


Adam is a veteran of the U.S. Army's Military Intelligence Corps. He has a Masters in Science in Data Science from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, a Bachelor in Science in Physics from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Augsburg University.
